There's nothing better than a Strauss waltz, Beethoven symphony, Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto played by some of the best orchestras in the world such as Chicago Symphony Orchestra, London Philharmonic, etc. It takes some familiarity and it really grows on you. Try making your wife listen to some of these pieces over and over again and then she'll be wanting to go with you to see these performances live. From there, you have a whole life filled with amazing classical music ahead for both of you. Kris Bozelle: It is my favorite type of music. I went to school on hopes of being a conductor someday! I've conducted a few times, and classical music is so exiting. Some of it is boring; when I have to hear Mozart I will go out of my mind. There's a few of his that I like. I prefer more complex like Beethoven or Bach. Handel's Messiah is also nice. I listen to it even when it's not Christmas time. My favorite is Beethoven's Ode To Joy (9th). Keep listening!...Show more
