Try any fruit juice (or mixture of juices), over a tall glass of ice (cracked), add a splash or Soda Water, Sprite or Ginger Ale, 2 straws, and a beautiful garnish and...VOILÃ!! Instant mocktail!! For a fake Margarita, use lemon or lime juice with a bit of OJ, shake and strain into a glass rimmed with Kosher salt, a lemon or lime wedge and you have it!
