Bryant Chaudhry: there are many options. you can eat boca food, morningstar brand has a lo of good options. i hear the boca chicken tastes almost exactly like real chicken. they make not only burgers but chicken strips, chicken nuggets, chicken patties, brats, hotdogs, corndogs, bacon, and even my favorite--ribs. i'm sure they make more than that too, but that is just a start! you get the protein and it satisfies your crave for the meat.
Sammie Bocanegra: I support you :)Go for it!
David Boehler: bad idea. you don't seem to know much about nutrition

Sibyl Siwik: Pork is unclean, contains many parasites (think little worms laying eggs in your brain...tasty huh?) and it's clogging your arteries even if you aren't getting fat. There are many thin people out there with high cholesterol. You can stay thin on the atkins diet but you're still not doing your heart any favors. Switch that pork out for some fish and make sure you get your 5 veggies a day or you'll be sorry in th! e long run.

Sheron Perrez: to be a vegetarian, you obviously do not consume any meat. there are many vegetarian options such as tofu, vegetables, pasta, noodles and many more. if you are being a vegetarian for the right reason, because you despise animal cruelty then another thing you could do is support an organization such as action for animals and inform others about the suffering that animals go through. hand out flyers, inform your friends and family. just go to their website or myspace for more information....Show! more

Elvi! n Mannheimer: Eat vegetables.
Rufus Plough: I agree with Marty. You need to eat a LOT of vegetables, and try to stay full. Watch out for "chicken stock" or "beef stock" in foods too. Especially your favorite canned foods. :PAlso, look up lots of recipes; learn to cook food for yourself. This will help a lot when it comes to satisfying any cravings. Luke Gacusan: Hi. Well, you can't eat gelatin or animal rennet either. Animal rennet is from the lining of the stomach of a slaughtered calf, so yes the calf has to die. It's in some cheeses. Fortunately, there are vegetarian cheeses! you can enjoy, and all supermarkets stock at least one kind of vegetar! ian cheese these days. Vegetarian cheeses are made with either vegetable rennet or a rennet of a micro-organism. It'll say on the packet if the cheese is suitable for vegetarians. If it doesn't, then you should avoid it. Gelatin is made from crushed-up animal bones. You can, however, buy agar-agar (a vegetarian substitute to gelatin) from health food shops. You obviously need to eat a balanced vegetarian diet to get all your nutrients. You shouldn't have to take any supplements. For sufficient protein, you could eat hummus, fake meats (like Quorn or Morning Star), eggs, tofu, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, beans and dairy products. For sufficient iron, you could eat green vegetables, dried fruits, tofu and fortified breakfast cereals. Green vegetables are a great veggie source of iron and help protect you against cancer. But vegetarians can eat a lot of things, like vegetarian pizza, vegetarian pasta, fake meats, vegetables, fruits, chips etc. Hope this helped....Show more
!Wilfred Santacruce: take a melon, cut it in half and eat it. take some berries, put them in a bowl, add some other fruits and eat it. I dont eat vegetables cause fruits have enough vitamins. some veggies simply isnt worth eating cause they are very poor in vitamins, so when someone says "this is healthy", first check the nutrition. but I'm mostly relying on grains and seeds for energy. it means that you eat everything raw, or raw as possible. you cook rice but everything else is raw. add some sauce for a better taste but any sauce can be cooked while they are made, so it wouldnt count as raw. what else do I eat? pine nuts, canary melons, pineapple, coconut water, cereal bars in the morning (or whenever I wake up) and few other things....Show more

Marco Stolarz! : Nothing. You just don't eat meat.
Arlen Hamper: Are you kidding?! PLEASE tell me you're joking! This is an awful idea! At least raw vegans know they should incorporate more than just fruit and vegetables in their diets. DO NOT do this. You obviously need to read up on the subject more before you make such a drastic change in diet.
Fred Caminita: I was a vegan last year.. and I had to stop because I was doing it the wrong was. I wasn't getting all my vitamins because I only ate fruit, vegetables and bread. I was a college student living at home for the first time who was too lazy to properly grocery shop.I became anemic.Being vegan CAN be very good for you but you NEED to research everything... and make sure you are eating the right vegetables to replace the stuff you are cutting out. But why are you getting rid of nuts? You NEED protein. And no beans? You need to do more research....Show more
